Questions
How do I get the files?
Straight after paying you land on a download page, and Dodo Payments emails you a receipt with your download link. Each pack is one ZIP file with a US Letter folder and an A4 folder of PDFs. No account to create.
Can I share the files with my students?
Yes — that's what the license is for. Classroom: you and all your students, including a password-protected class site like Google Classroom. Campus: every teacher at one school. Studio: you and up to 50 private students — emailing the PDFs to them or sharing a private Drive or Classroom folder is fine. Family: one household. Personal (the Snare Audition Pack): one drummer only. Just don't post the files on a public website.
Can the receipt be in my school's name?
Yes. Add the school's name and tax ID at checkout and Dodo Payments puts them on the invoice. Forgot? Email us with your payment ID and we'll help get it reissued.
Can I pay in pounds or euros?
Yes. Prices here are in US dollars; checkout shows the price in your local currency (pounds, euros and many more) before you pay, including any VAT.
What if it isn't right for me?
If a pack isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions, no need to delete anything first — we trust you. Email hello@noteatlas.org with the email address you paid with.
What if I find a mistake?
Email hello@noteatlas.org. We fix the data, which fixes the free charts and the packs together, and we'll send you the corrected files.
